The White County board on Tuesday reviewed county operations and finances, as well as approving agenda resolutions and appointments, and displayed the proposed FY 2027 budget.
The proposed balanced general fund operating budget for FY2027 is $6,428,606, updated to reflect the approved liability insurance and levy changes, then included in the public budget display at the county clerk's office and at the website.
The board vacancy created by the recent resignation of Cassie Pigg of County Board District 4 was filled with the approval of Matt Wicker to the seat. He will be sworn in sometime later.
