Grayville Man Sentenced Wednesday on Forgery and Criminal Damage Charges
Nicholas Lofton, 36, of Grayville was sentenced in White County Court on Wednesday on a charge of Forgery, a class 3 felony. Lofton received four years and 10 months in the Department of Corrections (DOC) and one year mandatory supervised release (MSR). Loften was also sentenced on a charge of Criminal Damage to Government Property, a class 4 felony, and receiving another four years and 10 months in DOC with one year MSR. [Read more...]
Norris City Man Sentenced in Court Today for Fleeing Police
Isaac D. Anderson, 19 of Norris City was sentenced in White County Court today (Monday) on a charge of Aggravated Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police Officer, a class 4 felony at the conclusion of a contested sentencing hearing.
