Grayville Man Sentenced Wednesday on Forgery and Criminal Damage Charges

Nicholas Lofton, 36, of Grayville was sentenced in White County Court on Wednesday on a charge of Forgery, a class 3 felony. Lofton received four years and 10 months in the Department of Corrections (DOC) and one year mandatory supervised release (MSR). Loften was also sentenced on a charge of Criminal Damage to Government Property, a class 4 felony, and receiving another four years and 10 months in DOC with one year MSR. [Read more...]

Norris City Man Sentenced in Court Today for Fleeing Police

Isaac D. Anderson, 19  of Norris City was sentenced in White County Court today (Monday) on a charge of Aggravated Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police Officer, a class 4 felony at the conclusion of a contested sentencing hearing.  Anderson received two years in the Department of Correction and one year Mandatory Supervised Release on this charge. Three in Norris City Home Invasion Appear in White County Court Today, Plead Not Guilty
