NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that there will be a meeting of the Joint Review Board of the Village of Norris City, Illinois on Monday, March 9, 2026, at 10:00 am. This meeting is required under the Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act, 65 ILCS 5/11-74.4-1, et. seq. The meeting will be held in the Norris City Village Hall, 406 South Division Street, Norris City, Illinois 62869, and the agenda will be as follows:

- Public Comment.
- Discussion regarding the TIF Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2022.
- Discussion regarding the TIF Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2023.
- Discussion regarding the TIF Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2024.
- Discussion regarding the TIF Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2025.
- Discussion of other business of interest raised by the members.
- Adjournment.
