David Jolley was sentenced to probation in 2025CF22 (Aggravated Battery) and 2022CF96 (Possession of Stolen Vehicle) on April 9th, 2025. Mr. Jolley violated the terms of his probation and was resentenced to the Illinois Department of Corrections to serve 3 years in each case to run consecutive by the Honorable Judge T. Scott Webb on July 6th.
