Daniel A. Palavaccini Darce
Daniel A Palaviccini Darce, of Norris City, was arrested yesterday following a traffic stop at the location of Main St. at Main Cross St. in Carmi. Palaviccini was charged with Driving while License Suspended and was also issued another citation for Using an Electronic Communication Device while driving.
