All Mill Shoals trustees were in attendance for the January 7th board meeting along with President Tim Isaacs and Clerk Heath Tullis.
Following up on a discussion from the December 2025 meeting, President Isaacs told the board that he had contacted the person who owed the village restitution for a fire hydrant replacement. The individual contacted Clerk Tullis and stated they would pay on the remaining restitution in January. The Board discussed the issue and decided to delay the Village Attorney from taking legal action for one more month, pending payment(s).
