Enfield man gets new charges
Brian K. Gwaltney, 43 of Enfield, was arrested on January 2 after Carmi PD officers conducted a traffic stop at Main Street and Fairground. Gwaltney was arrested on a warrant for 2025CF233. He was charged with Possession of Meth, Unlawful Use of Property, Possession of Hypodermic/Syringe needles, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Cannabis in a motor vehicle by Passenger. He was transported to the White County Jail where he will have to see a judge upon release.
