Six of the eight Carmi city council members were in attendance this morning to hear the audit report from the year ending December 31, 2025. The audit was presented by Arlynn Davis of Botsch and Associates. Davis said the audit was given an unmodified report on internal control and compliance, meaning the city is depositing payroll tax on time, and in compliance with grant agreements.
