1. Call to order by Mayor Stendeback, Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance.

2. Roll Call.

3. Approve March 24, 2026, Council Meeting Minutes.

4. For council consideration, discussion and possible approval:

1. 1. Megan Martin Newman, Chamber Director, asking for a donation for the 4^th of July Fireworks display.
   2. Nancy Winter reappointmentto the Police Pension Board for the term of May 1, 2026, through April 30, 2028.
   3. Resolution 04.07.2026; A resolution adding a user to the City of Carmi Purchasing Account with a debit card (adding Kayci Large for Swimming Pool purchases).
   4. Resolution 04.08.2026; A resolution authorizing the City of Carmi to set up a Purchasing Account with Amazon.

5.  Invoice from Brown and Roberts, Inc. for Carmi Municipal Airport in the amount of $48,070.42 for design engineering (payable from Airport). At completion of the project, we will receive 95% reimbursement from federal funds and 2.5% reimbursement from the State, making our share 2.5%.

6. Invoice from Brown and Roberts, Inc. for Carmi Municipal Airport in the amount of $1,611.08 for planning and special services (payable from Airport). At completion of the project, we will receive 95% reimbursement from federal funds and 2.5% reimbursement from the State, making our share 2.5%.

7. Resolution 04.09.2026; A resolution to close a grant checking account.
8. Resolution 04.10.2026; A resolution to open a checking account for the Sycamore Street Watermain Project at People's Bank.
9. Contractor's Partial Payment Estimate-Wiggs Excavating, Inc. Job# 25-061 Radio Read Water Meters in the amount of $261,775.53 - Payable from IEPA Loan.
10. Brown and Roberts, Inc. Professional Engineering Services - Radio Read Water Meters C&O in the amount of $12,947.90- Payable from IEPA Loan.
11. Brown & Roberts, Inc. Engineering Contract for Helipad at Carmi Municipal Airport.
