Indiana bill 1008 is to enact a study, to think about studying taking in Illinoisans that are fed up with the state. That applies to basically everyone in the state, in the last hundred years. I previously suggested that we just move the Wabash west, which would make us in Indiana. I imagine just throwing a pump in the Wabash river, and routing a hose to the Mississippi would suffice, but we can’t do things the easy way.
