NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Board of Education of Norris City-Omaha-Enfield Community Unit School District No.3 of the Counties of White, Hamilton, and Gallatin in the State of Illinois that an annual budget for the said school district for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027, will be on file and conveniently available to public inspection at the office of the Superintendent at 409 E. Third Street in Norris City, Illinois, from and after 10 a.m. on the 13th day of August, 2026.
Notice is further given that a public hearing on said budget will be held on the 16th day of September, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Superintendent's office at 409 E. Third Street, Norris City in this School District #3.
