Timothy Bryan Ramsey, age 68 of Harrisburg went to be with Jesus at 8:25 PM on Friday, August 14, 2026 at his residence surrounded by his family.
Tim was born on October 27, 1957 in Carmi, Illinois to Tommy Lee Ramsey and Margo (Lewis) Ramsey Hall. On January 12, 2001 he married Sherri Williams and she survives in Harrisburg. Tim worked as the Facility Manager for First Baptist Church Harrisburg since 2006; he had previously worked for Crop Production/Browns in Gallatin County. He was a member of The Roads Church of Norris City, but most recently attended Little Chapel Church. Tim was the Celebrate Recovery Leader from 2006 – 2020. He loved to ride 4-wheelers and be outdoors. Tim was very family oriented, but his greatest passion was sharing Jesus with people that he encountered; he was truly a saint. He was raised on a farm, so he loved the farm and could fix anything. Tim was always willing to fix whatever anyone needed and with a smile.
