COE Softball dominated Cisne in a 19-3 victory on Saturday. The team from Norris City, IL, scored nine runs in the first inning and never looked back. Bree Vollman was the offensive star of the game, going 2-for-3 with a home run, two walks, and a single. She also stole two bases.
The game was sealed In the bottom of the third inning when Madeleine Fulkerson hit a single to score two runs and give NCOE an 11-1 lead. Syndee Sauls was the defensive star of the game, pitching seven strikeouts and fielding out one. [Read more...]

NCOE Softball dominated Carrier Mills in a 11-1 victory on Saturday. The game was highlighted by a two-run home run from Avery Black in the first inning and a two-run double from Madeleine Fulkerson in the fourth inning. Syndee Sauls was the star of the game for NCOE, pitching 11 strikeouts and fielding out one.
Bree Vollman also had a great game, going 1-for-2 with a triple, a walk, and a hit by pitch. Black was the best offensive player, going 2-for-3 with a home run and a triple. [Read more...]

New Haven native Matthew Emmerson signed his intent to compete with the Southeastern Illinois College Falcon Archers for the 2021-22 season. Emmerson was an active FFA member at Gallatin County High School and is currently enrolled in the Diesel Technology Program at SIC. [Read more...]

Josh Howard of Carmi has committed to competing with the Southeastern Illinois College Falcon Archers for the 2021-22 season.
Howard is a member of the Illinois National Guard and just completed basic training at Ft. Sill in Oklahoma. After SIC, he plans to transfer to SIU-Carbondale to complete a major in kinesiology. After graduation, he plans to apply for the Illinois State Police. [Read more...]
