Andy Vaughan, 23, of Carmi, will accept a plea deal on November 12, 2019 in White County court on charges of DUI, Unlawful Parking and Illegal Transportation of Alcohol. This comes on the heels of a pre-trial hearing that was scheduled for Tuesday, October 15.
