Sheriff Jordan Weiss says the new owners of the former nursing home in Enfield have not been very forthcoming on their plans for use of the facility. A mental health counselor named Sayid Joyce purchased the property on May 22, 2025, but the community has been left pretty much in the dark about his intentions for the place and rumors have abounded.
The Sheriff gave the White County board a heads up last night at their monthly meeting about what he knew about the situation:
