Brianna K. McPherson, 23 of Norris City, was arrested on January 11 at Powell and Wabash Streets in Norris City by Sheriff’s Deputy Austin Brinkley. The Deputy was dispatched to the location responding to a reckless driver complaint from dispatch advising him that a large white SUV was reportedly spinning tires and yelling at people through a window.
