Tony Johnson, 56 of Norris City, was arrested yesterday in the Carmi McDonald’s parking lot as officers responded to an active domestic battery report. An eyewitness told officers she saw Johnson swatting and making physical contact with a female in the passenger seat. No complaints were signed, but Johnsons was transportes to the White County Jail and is to see a judge upon release. Officers Elijah Brown of the Carmi PD was the arresting officer. Johnson was charged with Domestic Battery
