Charles Kerns
Charles Ray Kerns, 31 of Noris City was arrested on January 6 after Carmi Police officers responded to a verbal dispute at 311 7th Street in Carmi. Kerns was allegedly refusing to leave the property and was then arrested for an outstanding Failure to Appear White County warrant, 2022-MT-234, for Driving with License Suspended and Possession of Cannabis by Driver.
