On Sunday, White County Sheriff's Deputy Nick Capeheart arrived at a residence in Norris City to serve an active FTA warrant for Jason A.Sanders, 41 of Norris City, who was wanted for Failure to Appear in Court for Possession of Meth out of Saline County. After knocking on the door of the residence Deputy Capeheart could hear a male voice say that the cops are here. After receiving no answer at the door, Deputy Capeheart decided to set up surveillance on the residence further down the road. At approximately 11:15 a.m, the deputy observed a black motorcycle drive out on the highway and travel west at speeds of approximately 80 mph. Deputy Capeheart then activated his emergency lights to conduct a traffic stop. The male driving the motorcycle looked back as he was slowing down and Deputy Capeheart was able to positively identify the male as Sanders.
