Amy J. Milligan, 43 of Princeton, Kentucky was arrested on September 4 for Domestic Battery after a call for service at 628 Oak Street. After being arrested, Milligan was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance. She was charged with both as well as Unlawful use of Property. Milligan was detained at the White County Jail.
