The IL Assembly will go back into session in October for a veto session, but Windhorst said there would not be much brought up for veto attempts of the 500 bills that have been passed this year. Windhorst said he is also a part of a lawsuit charging that assembly leadership for violating Constitutional requirements to pass bills in Illinois.
