Sgt. Nick Capeheart of the White County Sheriff's Department conducted traffic stop on a vehicle traveling north in the southbound lane on CR 1100 E. After the vehicle was stopped, the driver exited the vehicle and opened the hood as if something was wrong with it. Capeheart observed the passenger move from the passenger seat to the driver's seat. Tyler Z. Dill, 24 of Grayville, told Sgt. Capeheart he was having trouble with the vehicle and the female was going to try to start it. Dill was not able to produce a driver's license and proof of insurance.
