Former Washington Attendance Center building secretary Christy Cribbs appeared in White County court Thursday where she was read her rights and charged in a hearing presided over by Judge William J. Thurston of the First Circuit and Pulaski County. Cribbs appeared without an attorney as Judge Thurston explained what the charges against her were and the penalty should she be found guilty.
