Charles Winfrey
Charles M Winfrey 20 of Norris City was arrested Thursday on a traffic stop for driving while his license was suspended. Winfrey was released with a notice to appear (NTA) citation and given a court date of January 21, 2025. Winfrey was stopped at Fairground Rd. and Main Street in Carmi.
