James Eugene Omans, 44 of Carmi, was arrested on Monday, June 30, after Carmi police officers saw him riding a Yamaha motorcycle in the street. Knowing he had a revoked license, law enforcement conducted a traffic stop, after which Omans failed to listen to verbal commands and began walking away, pushing the bike.
