Kim Sutton of Caring for Cats of Norris City addressed the Village board last night.
The Norris City board last night gave their approval to grant a liquor license to Jim and Sherri Sharp, new owners of Kelly's Quick Stop. The Quick Stop license is expiring. The action does not add a new license in the Village, but the licensing for the Sharps adds carry out package liquor to it. The former Quick Stop only had a "pour license" to satisfy gaming requirements. The board was unanimous in its decision.
