Illinois Governor Pritzker's foray into the state lockdown experiment was declared by 4th Circuit Judge Michael McHaney to have been unlawful since April 8, 2020, in a Clay County courtroom yesterday afternoon.
Judge Michael McHaney agreed with Rep. Darren Bailey's arguments that the Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act (IEMAA) only allowed the governor 30 days after the declaration of a disaster/emergency to exercise mostly unlimited powers.
