Ricky R. Rush, 33 of Carmi was sentenced yesterday in White County court on four different charges. Rush received five years in the Department of Corrections on an Aggravated Assault charge, a class 4 felony (22CF62). In addition he was given six month MSR. Rush received five years in DOC on a charge of Concealing a Fugitive, a class 4 felony, as well as six months MSR. Sentencing for (22CF67) Violation of Order of Protection, a class 4 felony was another five years in DOC and six months MSR. On 23CF102 Possession of Methamphetamine, a class 3 felony, Rush received four years in the DOC and another six months MSR.
