Carmi Rotary Club meeting

The Carmi Rotary club got an update on the local scouting program on Thursday from scoutmaster Spencer Coe.
Spencer told the group that he has been digging into the history of scouting in Carmi, and discovered that in a 1962 news story, it was stated that the Carmi scouts had 125 members, and was the biggest club in the state, and possibly in the country!
