Omaha Board Meets Tonight: More Water Tower Discussions on Agenda

The Omaha Village Board will hold its monthly meeting tonight, January 11 at 7 p.m. at the Village Hall. It will be an in person meeting with face coverings and social distancing recommended.

Discussion of Scope of Work: Options

Complete Sandblasting of Interior and Epoxy Paint

Exterior overcoat vs. Sandblasting (Overcoat not recommended without a Maintenance program)

Maintenance Programs and Fees

IEPA 50% Loan Forgiveness Program and Deadline of March 31 to submit Documentation (Example: Project cost $300K IEPA forgives $150K)

Mixer of no Mixer

TIF Revenue and Water Tower Project Eligibility
