John A. Heil, 43 of Norris City, turned himself into the White County Sheriff's Department yesterday after two warrants were issued for his arrest. Sheriff Jordan Weiss met with Heil and advised him of warrants 23CF108 and 23CF170, for Aggravated Domestic Battery (strangled spouse)/Aggravated Battery (with a deadly weapon/hammer).
