Egyptian Health Department was notified of one Gallatin County resident, three Saline County residents, and five White County residents who have passed away due to complications of Coronavirus (COVID-19). We are saddened by this news and our thoughts are with the families.
Egyptian Health Department was notified of 195 Southeastern Illinois residents who have tested positive for Coronavirus (COVID-19) for the week of February 4-10, 2022.
Saline County- 108 reported positive test results
Gallatin County- 27 reported positive test results
White County- 60 reported positive test results
Please note, these numbers do not include unreported positive home tests.
To date, Saline County has had a total of 7,465 lab confirmed positives, including 87 deaths, White County has had a total of 4,417 lab-confirmed positives, including 45 deaths, and Gallatin County has a total of 1,401 lab-confirmed positives of COVID-19, including 14 deaths.
