Charles Robert Healy, 80, of Norris City passed away at 9:32 p.m. on Tuesday, August 8, at Ferrell Hospital. He was born February 25, 1943 to Charles and Lucille Healy. Charles was a retired millwright and spent the last several years as the Road Commissioner for the Mayberry Township.
