The Norris City Ministerial Alliance conducted their annual baccalaureate event for NCOE seniors last night in the NCOE high school auditorium. The message was given by Pastor Chuck Waggoner of the Church of God. Local pastors use baccalaureate every year to exhort and encourage the seniors to pursue their futures with godly values.
