The White County Republicans will meet Wednesday, July 27 at headquarters in downtown Carmi at 6:30 p.m.
New Business will consist of electing officers, appointment of precinct committee people, contribution to Darren Bailey's Governor Campaign, and a report on U.S. Congressman Mike Bost's visit to Carmi this month.
The group will finalize plans for the White County fair on Aug. 8-13, with volunteer sign up, collection for soda and what supplies are still needed. On the agenda is a report from the float committee, and the purchase of new chairs and tables for the headquarters.
