The Village of Norris City, Illinois is accepting sealed bids for the purchase and installation of three (3) outdoor warning storm sirens.
The sirens are anticipated to be equal to or comparable to a Vortex R4 (129 dB) and shall include all necessary components required for full operation. The system must be capable of synchronizing all village sirens to operate as one, with multiple alert tones (to be determined). This system will allow for overlapping coverage of target areas to provide improved warning and notification to residents.
Sealed bids should be delivered to Village of Norris City by March 18th, 2026 by 4:00 p.m. Bid Opening will be March 19th, 2026 at 10:00am.
