The Village of Norris City on Monday reversed course on a vote taken at the August meeting to take sealed bids on two addresses, one on N. Division and the other at Level and Conger Streets. The properties will now be listed with real estate agent Amanda Cannon. The Wakeford property is also listed with Cannon at $49,000. It currently has a contract offer pending an inspection. Cannon said the initial appraisal was low, and that the lot sits on an acre of ground. She said those making the offer are looking to restore the house.
