At the conclusion of a contested sentencing hearing that lasted all afternoon on Wednesday, Seth R. Howard, 22 of Carmi was sentenced on two charges of Child Pornography, both class 2 felonies. Howard was sentenced to four years in the DOC and one year MSR on each of the charges. He received four years probation on a third charge of child pornography.
