Steven Ellis
Steven Ellis, 46 of Carmi, was arrested in Carmi, Illinois, on September 2, 2026, following a traffic stop at 6th and 7th Alley. He was charged with driving while license suspended or revoked, possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Ellis was issued a notice to appear in court on October 6, 2026. No property damage or force was reported during the incident.
