Carmi Rotary Club meeting

At Thursday’s meeting of the Carmi Rotary club, the Rotarians had a free-wheeling discussion of all things financial. Patty Mills had the program, much to her surprise, and she was able to lead an impromptu discussion on crypto currency. There were lots of comments and questions about this new type of money, and those discussions led to other topics such as NFT’s, gaming, and online gambling.

When it was all said and done, the general consensus was that none of the Rotarians would be dabbling in any of these new trends any time soon. [Read more...]
