Landon "Rudy" Rudolph will be in court again this Friday morning, September 25 at 10:0 a.m. with a verified emergency motion for hearing and clarification of paragraph C of Judge Denton Aud's initial and partial TRO ruling to determine whether the September 15, 2026 council action satisfies the requirements of the partial TRO which he obtained on the morning of September 15.
Plaintiff Rudolph will appear as a taxpayer of the city of Carmi for clarification of what effect the City of Carmi's September 16th notice of filing has on the current TRO. Rudolph requested the emergency hearing at the earliest convenience of the court to hear both sides and make the determination of whether the TRO remains in effect under its own terms.
