The Carmi Rotary club welcomed the new Rotary District Governor at Thursday’s meeting. The new DG brought along a small group of other district leaders as she made her first visit to Carmi. District Governor Mary Harvey is from the Mt. Vernon area, but originally hales from Green Bay, Wisconsin.
