The Board of Education of Norris City-Omaha-Enfield CUSD #3 will be meeting to conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, August 10th, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. to receive public comment on a proposed waiver application, which if approved, would allow the district to apply for a modification of the Illinois School Code Section 105 ILCS 5/10-20.12a Modification of the Illinois School Code Section 105 ILCS 5/10-20.12a would permit the District to charge less than 110% (or zero) of the per capita tuition charge for non-resident children of full-time employees of the District. The hearing will be held at the NCOE CUSD #3 district office at 409 East Third St., Norris City, IL. Testimony of said waiver application will be taken during the Public Hearing. Matthew J.
