Local families and friends saw the NCOE CUSD#3 school district give out 50 diplomas last night to the graduating class of 2023. Six students representing the top 10% of the class gave addresses to the assembly, mostly of stories of their school years, and thanking all the administrators and teachers for their immense influence for good in their lives.
