Patsy Louise (Talley) Edwards, 84, of Effingham, formerly of Norris City, Illinois, passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at Lakeland Rehab and Nursing in Effingham, Illinois. She was born on February 26, 1938, the daughter of William Monson and Eura (Vaughn) Talley. Patsy married James Monroe Edwards on July 2, 1955, and he preceded her in death on July 11, 2016. She attended Powell General Baptist Church, and more recently attended The Roads Church in Norris City. Patsy enjoyed reading her Bible and spending time with family.
