Nickolas A. Hays, 33 of Carmi was sentenced Wednesday in White County court on a charge of Possession of Methamphetamine, a class 3 felony. Hays received a five year sentence in the Department of Corrections. He was also given five years in DOC for Retail Theft, a class 4 felony.
