No bid winners were announced this morning as a special meeting of the Norris City Village Board was held to open the bids for the Phase 3 part of Norris City’s water main replacement project. A total of four bids were received. James Brown of Brown Engineering opened the bids shortly after 10:00 a.m. at the Village Hall. The project is being funded by a grant/forgiveness loan from the IEPA.
