Retiring NC Police Chief Diana Tharp and new Police Chief Dustin Dale
The Village held a retirement dinner for retiring NC Police Chief Diana Tharp on Friday with village employees and White County Sheriff and deputies in attendance. Tharp retires with ten years at the NCPD.

We give you thanks for your ten years of dedicated service to the citizens of Norris City. During your career as Chief of Norris City Police Department, you have made many friends within our law enforcement family. Please remember you will always have this family. We want to wish you well on your retirement and say thank you, God bless and good luck; you deserve it."
