A juvenile was arrested the night of August 23, 2026 in Norris City after NCPD office Dylan Ackerman saw a 2000 Ford 150 driving down Division Street with no headlights and swerving all over the road and crossing the center line. The vehicle did not immediately stop after officer activated his lights, but finally did stop at South Division and West Eubanks.
