Judge Denies Grand Rivers’ Motions in Ongoing Disagreement

The dispute between People’s National Bank (PNB) and Grand Rivers Community Bank (GRCB) concerning assets of the now deceased Gary Evans of Carmi and his estate continues to slowly wind its way through the court system. Much of the disposition of the assets have been sorted out in bankruptcy court, but in addition to that dispute, a court hearing in White County from June 2018 is being challenged by Grand Rivers' attorney Melissa Sims.
